Q: What's the difference between Online and Offline version?

A: Online version: Internet connection is required to use the translation feature that supports over 43 languages and 96 accents.

Offline version: Internet connection is NOT required to use the translation feature. You can download our language pack in your smartphone, this way you can use the translation feature even without internet connection. Support of languages is limited in Offline version.

Q: Does M3 support bluetooth?

A: Yes, the M3 translator earbuds can support both ordinary Bluetooth function (make a call/listen to music) and translation function.

Q: Do you require a phone?

A: Yes, our translator needs to work with our Timekettle APP on a phone.
